how did you get the water to look like that??
Well, I used two filters: one ND2 and one ND4 filters, the ND4 being the darker of the two. I then used a shutter speed of 25 seconds. The filters allow very small amounts of light to come in to the receiver, that is how you can use long shutter speeds without overexposure. The reason the water looks like that is because the light coming from the water is moving around so much that it evens itself out.
